Rates and availability:
The space rents for a half day rate of $150 (4 hours) or a full day rate of $300.00 (8 hours). This time must include setup and teardown of your event.
Concerts and music events are a standard rate of $300.00.
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Date is not held until deposit is paid. Final payment for booking is due on event day.
A refundable damage deposit may be required, and will be refunded at the end of your event.
A standard cleaning fee applies to all rentals, and will be determined at time of booking. $50-$75
